Gymnastics Queensland Gymfest & FreeG Frenzy

It's time! Come watch the exciting exhibition of talent and teamwork as teams from all over Queensland come together to perform at the 2025 Gymnastics Queensland Gymfest!

Enjoy the spectacle of multiple gymnastics elements, dance, and movement throughout the thrilling event which will see TeamGym athletes of all ages showcase their talent. This year, we're proud to announce we are also including Performance Gymnastics to further showcase the spirit of recreational gymnastics.

Joining this competition will also be our last FreeG Frenzy of the year, featuring both freestyle and speedrun events.
