This October, join us for free Come & Try Fitter for Life sessions in the park—designed especially for over 50s to stay active, healthy, and connected. Fitter for Life focuses on movement, balance, strength, and flexibility, while also providing a great opportunity for social interaction in a fun and welcoming environment.

What to bring: Hat and a water bottle.
