Join us on Saturday, July 12, 2025, at Evolve Church for the second stop of the MOVE Every HEART MKE 2025 Tour! This powerful community health event is bringing screenings, resources, and wellness directly to the heart of Milwaukee.

🕛 Time: 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM

💪 What to Expect:
✔️ Free blood pressure and heart screenings
✔️ Breast and prostate cancer screenings
✔️ Hands-only CPR and Stop the Bleed training
✔️ Onsite community resource referrals
✔️ Health education and clinical follow-up
✔️ Wellness giveaways, food, music, and more!

🎯 Our Goal:
Screen 3,000 Milwaukeeans for high blood pressure and connect them to care — in clinics, churches, and communities by the end of the 2025 MOVE Every Heart MKE Tour.
