Players who do not check-in by 8:45 AM, we will follow the PDGA Competition Manual rule 1.04.C.1. and remove the player/players from the event with no refund.

-45% of the Division will receive payouts

Please use PDGA Live Scoring; all players on each card must keep their score.
For this event, we recommend all players stay signed in to the PDGA Live App or PDGA Live website for all updates during the event. This is where the Tournament Director and officials will post tee times, issues, and other messages throughout the event.
Trophies will be awarded to 1st place finishers all divisions, with at least 7 players registered. Due to the high volume of late registrations, the trophies will be shipped to the winners. Please take a photo of yourselves with the trophies and email it directly to the staff. We look forward to sharing your pictures!

Refunds
All drop requests before 5/15/2024 (30-day mark) will be given a 100% monetary refund (minus a $5 handling fee).
All drop requests after 5/31/2024 (14-day mark) will follow the PDGA Refund Policy found here.
