After powering through the legendary Murph workout, it’s time to kick back and celebrate! Join us at CrossFit Disruption for a community BBQ immediately following the final Murph heat. Expect good vibes, delicious food, games, music, and even better company.

Whether it's your first Murph or your tenth, you’ve earned this! Bring your appetite, your friends, and your family, and let's make it a day to remember.

What to bring:

• Your own drinks/alcohol if you'd like
• Camping chairs, picnic blankets, or anything comfortable to sit on

Important:

• Please reserve one ticket per person who will be eating.
• Vegetarian/ Vegan options will be available.
• Deadline to sign up to join us for a BBQ is 11th May.

Timing:

• The final Murph heat will wrap up around 11:00 AM.
• BBQ festivities will kick off at 12:00 PM.
