Lutterworth Town Hall-Candlelit Sound bath Session

Enjoy a 45 minute Sound Session featuring Himalayan Bowls, Crystal Bowls, and Gongs.

A Sound Bath is a deeply-immersive, full body listening experience that intentionally uses sound to nurture your body and mind. 8 out of 10 adults are suffering from burnout; this is a great way to put your body back into a more aligned state.

During the sound session, you are invited to stretch out, relax, and allow your body and mind to rest and rejuvenate while listening to carefully selected instruments that use specific frequencies to aid in healing and rest.

Sound therapy has been scientifically proven to provide a wide range of benefits for the mind, body, and spirit:
-Deep Relaxation; vibrations can reduce muscle tension and inflammation

Please bring yoga mat, pillows, blankets as desired; water bottle
