Mindfulness and meditation are ancient, timeless, yet scientifically validated practices, shown to be of significant value in our modern lives. The practices adapt to you; you'll be encouraged to explore sitting, standing, moving, or lying down, helping you to find your most comfortable way to cultivate calm.
Everybody is welcome; However, these sessions are most suitable for those with some previous mindfulness or meditation experience. If you are new to mindfulness or meditation, I also offer a 1-2-1 introductory session that you may benefit from booking before your first group session – please message me to discuss this.
£13 per session, or £66 block booking for all 6 sessions
Spaces are limited, and advance booking is essential. You will gain most benefit from attending the sessions regularly.
