- Explore the MOBILE EARTH + SPACE OBSERVATORY (MESO), the
“science center on wheels” with hands-on educational and
research activities (6:30-8:30 p.m. - arrive early!)
- Learn about the mysteries of the night sky on International
Observe the Moon Night
- Look through huge telescopes with Standley Lake Stargazing
- Watch a presentation from a space scientist
- Talk to local artists as they paint the twilight sky
- Enter to win out-of-this world prizes & do science experiments
- Make paper rockets, foil comets, and much more!
This event is outdoors, free, and open to the public.
