Free Therapeutic Dance Session @ Cable Beach

Good Morning Community,

I will be down at Cable Beach on Tuesday morning, offering a ‘Free Therapeutic Dance Movement Session’ for a small group (of up to 10 people).

In order to participate you must register by way of purchasing a free ticket via Eventbrite (link below).
*I will only have equipment for 10 people*

THIS IS NOT A DANCE CLASS!
Think of it as a bit of a guided silent disco. Dance skills are not a requirement. Dance therapy uses improvisation with moments of connected movement to bring about the release of old stored emotions imprinted in the body over time. It is a powerful way to invite new fresh vibrant energy in and boost mood.

My background is in professional dance performance and personal training, however it is with great pleasure that I now begin offering a brilliant healing movement modality, with the aim of supporting others improve their mental, physical and spiritual health.
