Join YES- Yoga for Emotional Support- classes at Liberty Yoga. Classes are for anyone who experiences emotions. Every day is a new day to find peace and comfort and rest and positive emotions and also to know what to do when the challenging days arise those days don’t define us. This is not the end. This is a doorway. A doorway into deeper self-love. A doorway into becoming more honest, more boundary, more you! The path of emotional healing is not linear. But every time you show up, you are telling the universe and yourself “I matter.”
