Join Jacobin and The Dig to explore how the socialist left can navigate the opportunities, challenges, and contradictions of governance under Mayor Zohran Mamdani. Featuring NYC-DSA leaders Sumaya Awad and Sumathy Kumar alongside Nathan Gusdorf, executive director of the Fiscal Policy Institute and featured contributor in the upcoming issue of Jacobin, in conversation with Dig host Daniel Denvir.
Jacobin and The Dig are committed to providing a platform to analyze, interpret, and debate the Mamdani mayoralty and the larger socialist project that it is playing an essential role in pushing forward.
Doors at 7 p.m., recording at 8 p.m.
Entrance is free, but space is limited. Seating will be first come first served, with extra room for overflow. The discussion will be followed by a party. Must be 21 to enter the venue.
