Unveiling: Connecting Our Shadow Selves to Sacred Friendships/Sisterhood.

Event description: A day of wellness for women to come together and discuss how we can cultivate the community we desire by continuing to heal within. Through open discussion, gentle reflection, intentional meditation and shared stories, we’ll explore how doing our inner work helps us create outer connections that feels like home.

• What kind of sisterhood/ do we want to build?
• What kind of community do we want holding us through life’s ups and downs?
• How do we show up for ourselves and each other in a way that feels genuine.. that feels intentional?
• How can we continue to heal and welcome community in on that journey?
