Session One – Spirit Safari

• Guided tastings led by the instructor, exploring a vibrant range of spirits and mixers from every corner of the bar.
• Sips and storytelling on how these flavors dance in Tiki and modern tropical cocktails.
• Discover pairings, rum blending tips and exotic flavor layering

Session Two – Styling & Profilin’

• Flavor-mapping across categories: balancing sweet, sour, body, aroma.
• Using classic Tiki blueprints to launch original creations.
• Hands-on garnish artistry and specialty-ice magic.

Open Lab & Social Contest

• Break into Lab Group Teams to craft a show-stopping tropical cocktail using the spirits & mixers that calls to you.

Q & A & Marketplace Mingling

• One-on-one with Shannon Mustipher.
• Keep exploring the tasting stations, sample new pours, and swap trade secrets.
