Tarot and Yoga

Join us in celebration of the New Moon in Virgo for a Tarot, Yoga, and Intention Setting workshop. Learn to channel the power of the lunar cycles to help manifest your desires and reach your goals. In this workshop we will utilize the practices of both tarot and yoga to identify and empower our intentions in sacred space. Tarot readers and yoga practitioners of all levels are welcome, no prior experience necessary. You are encouraged to bring your own tarot deck if you have one, but there will be extras available for those without. We look forward to having you! 

What to expect:

• Guided grounding meditation 

• Mini tarot lesson featuring an intention setting spread specific to this new moon 

• Gentle lunar-inspired yoga practice 

• Journaling, conversation, and community building

About the host: Kayla Elizabeth is a tarot reader and educator based in Brooklyn, NY. Through her platform Kayla and the Cards she provides personal readings, educational content, and teaches workshops on the tarot in and around NYC. Kayla completed her 200hr yoga teacher training at Daya Yoga Studio in Spring 2024, and is excited to share how both modalities can work together to heal our mind, body, and spirit.
