Sound Immersion & Yoga

Dive deep into the grounding and expansive combination of sound, movement, and restoration with Hollie and Parker. Together they will guide you through an intuitively curated yoga practice, woven with an immersive sound journey, followed by a loooongg Savasana.

The sonic landscape is brought to life by combining instrumentation such as the Handpan, Native American flute, gong, drums from around the globe, and more.

Comfort is encouraged! Please feel free to bring pillows, blankets, or any other props to support you, your practice and your sound journey. Please arrive a few minutes early to get yourself settled and set up before the start of this 75 minute event.
