The Shalom Gala celebrates the 5th anniversary of the mission of the Shalom Catholic Community in Brooklyn. The evening will begin with Holy Mass, followed by an elegant gala dinner, a live performance by Mylène Otou (missionary and singer from Shalom Canada), and the launch of a special book featuring testimonies from people whose lives have been transformed by the power of God and a life-changing encounter with Christ.
More than just a celebration, the Shalom Gala is an invitation: to give thanks, to rejoice in community, and with friends, to continue building the Kingdom of God, and to renew our hope for the future of the mission in New York and the work of evangelization in Brooklyn.
