Self Care Shenanigans

Self Care Shenanigans is an bi-weekly event series hosted by With Great Taste NYC, a Creative Wellness Advocacy Collective.

Join us for a mindful creative pause before the start of your week — a chance to rest, reflect, and release in community.

We’ll customize ceramic coasters in this art therapy session designed to help you slow down, reflect, and a great excuse to get off your phone. Each attendees gets to take home two coasters.

All workshop materials are included in the ticket price. Food and drink will be available for purchase courtesy of The REP Music Cafe.

Note: ticket costs simply cover the tangible materials that make this experience possible — this series is not run for profit.
