PowerPlay blends playfulness with purpose in this unique new biweekly drop‑in workshop. Participants (like you?!) will have the chance to learn by doing things—laughing, moving, and co‑creating—together. Each time we meet, participants will practice essential life skills like listening deeply, adapting in the moment, collaborating under pressure, and building trust with others through simple, accessible games and guided reflection.
Because each session stands fully on its own, there’s no need to attend previous workshops (unless you just can’t stay away!). Just come and jump right in—and have a meaningful experience each time. Don’t worry, you won’t be recorded or asked to perform or “act”—the focus is on your participation, curiosity, and shared discovery. Activities are designed to be low‑pressure, inclusive, and surprisingly powerful, which will create space for each and every attendee (hopefully, that’s you!) to gain insight, connection, and growth.
No experience needed—just a willingness to show up, try something new, perhaps even be challenged, and play. By incorporating practical tools you can use in everyday life, work, relationships, and community, you’ll leave each session feeling more connected—to yourself and others.
Laughter strongly encouraged!
