Playful Movement Workshop

You’re invited to Playful Movement on November 8th at 4 pm. 

The intention of this workshop is for us to reconnect with our inner child, and spend time moving our bodies and being in a state of play.

Using our imagination and practicing non-judgement toward yourself and others, Playful Movement is a safe space to tap into your playful side. We also have a brief discussion on the importance of play and joy, and how we can incorporate curiosity, silliness and fun in our daily lives. Movements can include dancing, shaking it out, animal-like or child-like movements, and using our imaginations to play and connect with others and ourselves.
