October Community Gathering: Yoga, Meditation, Journaling, Community

You’re invited to our October Community Gathering at Daya in Bushwick on Saturday, October 11th at 4PM. 

In the final month of our chakra series, we dive into the crown, or Sahasrara, chakra: our energy center that connects us with divine wisdom and universal consciousness. Activating and opening this energy center helps to bring spiritual clarity and a sense of unity with all beings.

This gathering is a space to connect with your community, and spend time in relationship with Spirit together. Taking time to engage with unity consciousness, and discuss practical ways that we can bring deeper joy, understanding, and connection into our daily lives.

Together we’ll practice some kundalini yoga, meditation and journaling + sharing to inspire conscious conversation.

Bring an open mind & heart, a journal if you have one, and wear something comfy (bonus points for wearing white or rainbow!).

As always, this gathering is free/by donation.
