Lollypop Lorry — ska/reggae band from Yekaterinburg (Russia). Their sound is based on classic ska/reggae/dub styles, while the main idea of the project is loyalty to the traditions and groove of Jamaican music. The dance pulsation of ska and reggae here intertwines soft soul vocals, unusual harmonies and modern production.
The band toured in Russia, Mexico and Colombia, performed at the Mexican festivals Non Stop Ska (2019), Ixtapaluska (2023) and Tlaskalita (2025) alongside with Los Cafres, Out of Control Army, Dr. Ring-Ding, Roger Rivas, Damas Gratis, The Locos, Western Standard Time, Kingston Rudieska and others.
The discography of the band includes 18 singles and 4 LPs. The latest LPs are an experimental dub-jazz crossover "Lollypop Lorry Goes Dub" (2020) and a completely original album Stick by Me (2024) which the band successfully presented in Mexico and Colombia in early 2025. All LPs are released on vinyl, while some LPs and singles were dropped by the legendary Chicago label Jump Up Records.
Collaborations include: cover and video for the official tribute to ska stars Inspector; a single “L.O.V.E.” with Mexican band Out Of Control Army and a single “Fire Fire” feat. Young Israelites from Tel Aviv. The song "Little Lie" was featured on a compilation of leading world ska bands for the Kingston educational organisation Alpha Boys School (with the participation of SuperNova Ska Festival and Jump Up Records).
Now Lollypop Lorry is expanding their geography of performances and is working on a new Spanish-language album.
