Capoeira is an Afro-Brazilian martial art that combines fighting techniques with fluid movement and music. Every Sunday morning in October, join us for a safe and beginner-friendly full body workout focused on improving coordination, stamina and mobility. All fitness levels are welcome.
ABOUT OUT PARTNER
Instrutora Esquila has trained capoeira around the world and had had the opportunity to showcase the art in countless forums. She received the “Instrutor” title in 2021, becoming one of Capoeira Guatambu’s first instrutoras.
