Indigenous People's Day: Shoreline Cleanup

Join us on October 13th from 10am-12pm for a Shoreline Cleanup in acknowledgment of Indigenous People’s Day! Together, we will be cleaning debris off the shoreline of the Penn water access area in honor of the people who have been stewards of this land for thousands of years, the Lenape tribe.

All materials, including hand sanitizer, gloves, and garbage pickers are provided. Please dress for the weather and wear shoes you don't mind getting muddy!

Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

The Penn Water Access Area is about 0.25 miles, or a 5-10 minute walk, from the Penn Parking Lot. Please refer to the map below.
