ESTIA House of Movement is a brand new movement studio at 369 Hooper St. offering dance classes for kids & adults, personal training and group fitness!

SCHEDULE
11:00-11:45am - AGES 10-14 (Level 3) - BALLET & MODERN/CONTEMPORARY
12:00-12:45pm - AGES 3-5 (Level 1) - CREATIVE MOVEMENT/BALLET BASICS
1:00-1:45pm - AGES 6-9 (Level 2)- BALLET & MODERN/CONTEMPORARY
No previous dance experience necessary, wear comfortable clothes, bring water and come ready to move and sweat with us! Families can drop off their children and pick them up right after class or wait in the outdoor waiting area right outside our studio. Our team will be available during the event to provide more information about our programming, answer any questions and support in any way.
