Brooklyn Families, dress up as your favorite Book Character, and join us for Fall Festival, October 25 from 12:00-3:00 PM on Parkside Ave between Rogers and Nostrand Ave.
This event is being hosted by Explore Schools in partnership with LaSante Health Center. There will be games, fun, and activities for all ages, so please bring out the whole family!
There will be free dental health screenings by LaSante Health Center. Additionally, using your health insurance, your children can also get their immunizations at LaSante Health Center. Families in attendance can sign up on the day for health and dental services. Or families can pre-register for dental screening using this link. For families seeking dental and insurance paid health services from LaSante Health Center, you must accompany any child under the age of 18 to receive these services.
