When you help coffee let go of its color

Or to remain unbothered?

How would you carry its shape?

Would you paint with it or let it reveal a different name?

Through turning coffee into pigment, we help it to let go

Maybe then we’d be able to better understand its stains.

Why that color makes the most sense?

If that home is safe...

Would you actually color it

or let it stay empty

& only fill it up with grace.
