This workshop will help nonprofits design internships that are supportive, practical, and impactful. Using Resilience Consulting’s values—putting community first, prioritizing wellbeing, leading with care, practicing equity, and aiming for lasting impact—we’ll share simple tools and approaches for guiding interns. The focus is on creating experiences that help interns grow while adding real value to the organization and the communities you serve.
