Bent on Learning Yoga Fundraiser

Join us for a one hour basic vinyasa class at Yogis & Yoginis beautiful studio in Park Slope. The class will be accessible to all levels, beginners welcome! Through the generous support of Yogis & Yoginis, 100% of the proceeds will benefit Bent on Learning and its programming at P.S. 282 Park Slope.

Bent on Learning is a non-profit that teaches yoga and mindfulness in NYC public schools. Research has shown that yoga can improve focus, memory, self-esteem, academic performance, and classroom behavior, and can reduce anxiety and stress in children.
