Join Beam Camp in Brooklyn to get a taste of Beam Camp in New Hampshire! During our Try it Day events, participants aged 7 and up step into role as Beam Campers and have the opportunity to meet camp staff, learn about daily life at camp, and learn new skills! This time around, we will be creating spooky Oobleck monsters and harvest inspired natural prints on fabric. Participants will learn about Beam Camp, and will be able to take home their creations!

Info: Create multi-colored Oobleck monsters out of cornstarch, water, and food dye. Then watch them dance to spooky beats!
Info: Using turmeric as dye and harvest fruits and veggies (among other things) as stamps, we will create natural prints on fabric, bags, etc to take home.
