"As You Are" Women's Retreat 2025

"As You Are" is a women's retreat that encourages women to come together and be poured into, knowing that we are not alone in this journey of life. The title stresses to everyone that it doesn't matter what season of life you're in - whether it's trudging through the valley or witnessing the beautiful view from a mountaintop - you are welcome "as you are" in this moment.

There will be a laid-back panel discussion on various forms of grief and encouragement from a certified therapist on how to cope in different seasons of life; a Zentangle session which promotes focus, helps reduce stress, and fosters creativity, while also encouraging mindfulness and a sense of calm; and the featured speakers, Tara Thomas and Amanda Goodman, with Faith and Four Letter Words, who will have you laughing, crying, and your jaw may hit the floor a time or two!
