Free Karate at the Park

Join us for free karate at the park!

Bring yourself and your kiddos to train with us. All are welcome ages 4+. Our training is always free, but since we have to train outside I figured let’s invite the community for some fun.

Little stars (4-7): 5:30
Youth and adult (8+): 6:15

What will you learn?

Japanese commands
Uke - blocking
Uchi - striking (pads and x ray sheets
Dachi - stances

And values like humility, respect, and discipline.
