Challah + Babka = The ChaBabka
A hand-crafted celebration of tradition, flavor, and warmth.
The ChaBabka is our rustic twist on two timeless classics—fluffy, golden challah and a swirled, decadent Babka. Infused with orchard-fresh apples and fragrant cinnamon, it’s the perfect way to welcome the holiday season.
In this hands-on culinary workshop, you’ll knead, braid, and shape your own dough from scratch—enough to create both a round holiday challah and a fragrant apple–cinnamon babka. Along the way, we’ll explore the artistry behind these beloved breads and share techniques that have been passed down through generations.
To sweeten the evening, enjoy a gourmet honey tasting featuring a variety of flavors, along with a special apple + honey sangria and grazing boards.
Every participant will also take home a keepsake apron—perfect for continuing your bread-making journey in your own kitchen.
