Fall Ayurveda Reset with Kaveri Barros

As the seasons shift, so too does our connection to the natural world. This workshop offers a curated, Ayurvedic-inspired journey designed to recalibrate both body and mind through the wisdom of nature’s cycles. Guided by Ayurvedic Health Counselor Kaveri Barros, you will explore the ancient practice of Dinacharya—rituals of daily self-care that align us with the ebb and flow of the seasons, fostering balance and vitality.

In this immersive experience, you will learn to craft warming, easily digestible foods and herbal infusions, each thoughtfully chosen to restore equilibrium and nourish from within. Through the lens of Ayurveda, you will cultivate a deeper understanding of the seasonal transitions, not merely as external changes, but as profound opportunities for introspection and renewal.

The experience will culminate in a shared meal, a moment of connection and communion, as participants savor the dishes prepared together—a reflection of the nourishment we give to both body and spirit.
