"All In The Family" Player-Parent Doubles Tourney

Back by popular demand! Player and parent team up to compete in a half-day sand doubles volleyball tourney. A great time was had by all in the previous tourneys!

DATE: Sunday, August 3rd from 3:30 to 8:00 PM.

DIVISIONS: Depends on registrant mix. Likely divisions:
- COMPETITIVE: Both players are experienced. For example, parent is trained playing with a current or past college, varsity or strong JV player.
- RECREATIONAL: One player is experienced. For example, 1) current or ex-playing parent with MS or less-experienced JV player or 2) experienced player with parent who has limited training or experience.
- FATHER-SON: If we have a sufficient number of teams.

FORMAT: Pool play followed by single elimination playoffs (some teams may not qualify for playoffs). Trophies for the top teams.

NET HEIGHT / GENDER RULES:
- Competitive Division: likely to be reverse coed (women's height net; men can't block; men must take off behind the 10-foot line if hitting a ball fully above the net.
- Recreational Division: may be coed height net (halfway between men's and women's height) with no restrictions or same as competitive division.)
- Father-Son division: Men's height net
