Wine Tasting: Food & Wine Lab

Join us Friday, August 29th at 6:00 PM for an interactive wine tasting where we’ll explore how the elements of salt, sugar, acid, fat, and heat can enhance, balance, or even completely transform the way wine tastes.

You’ll mix, match, and experiment your way through pairings designed to surprise your palate and give you a whole new perspective on food and wine. Our friends from RNDC will be joining us to guide this flavor-filled experience.
