Remembrance Ceremony

Brookings Health System Hospice invites you to honor the memory of those who have died this past year with a Remembrance Ceremony.

Ceremony will include:
-Brief welcome
-Reading
-Music
-Reading of names

Please call (605) 696-8089 to register and put your loved one's name on the list to be read. All family and friends of those who have passed are welcome to attend.

This event will take place inside Brookings Hospital's Conference Room A.
