A come-as-you-are meal support space for adults navigating mealtime challenges—whether you're working on eating enough, easing food fears, or just looking for a little extra support around the table.

🫖 What to expect:
We’ll sit together for a meal in a small, supportive group. There’s no pressure to eat in any specific way—just a space to show up as you are. Gentle structure, grounding skills, and check-ins are provided to help meals feel less overwhelming and more doable.

💛 Pay what you can (suggested $20)—no one turned away.

Perfect for folks in eating disorder recovery, those feeling isolated at meals, or anyone needing a little extra care around the table.
