Rules and Guidelines
Each team consists of 5-8 scouts
Teams will be provided with 2 large sheets of cardboard and 2 rolls of duct tape. Teams may bring any additional cardboard and duct tape they wish. No other materials may be used.
Teams will have 2 hours to build their boat.
At least one member of the team must captain the boat on the water. A life jacket must be worn.
Prizes will be awarded for various achievements for teams to bring back to their units.
