About the event

Soup & Study: Making Room

Join us on Tuesdays in October for a bowl of soup and study on the counter-cultural practices of Christian Hospitality. We will be looking at the history of hospitality in both the bible and church history, and we will be discussing how these practices are relevant and difficult today.

Pastor Matt will be using Christine Pohl’s book, Making Room: Recovering Hospitality as a Christian Tradition (25th Anniversary Edition). If you would like to do more in depth study on the topic, Pastor Matt will have a few extra copies available, or you can purchase it online.
