Welcome, welcome! We're excited to invite you to celebrate (yes, celebrate), pray, love, and reflect with us this Yom Kippur! We're preparing for a Yom Kippur that is welcoming, meaningful, and the highest of heights, and we'd love for you to be part of it. (And if you want to join for Rosh Hashana, head to

We're blessed to be led by our community members and leaders, including Hart Levine, R. Tanya Farber, and Arun Viswanath
We're doing prayers in our space on 187th and Ft Washington - Weds even (Oct 1), and Thursday (Oct 2) morning and evening. We'll be providing prayer books for you. The experience will include a lot of uplifting prayers and song, as well as guidance in English throughout the prayers. We'll also have alternative offerings after prayers Wednesday evening (around 9:00pm) - including meditation, soulful songs, and text-study. And of course you're welcome to join for a communal break-fast meal at 7:30pm following closing prayers (with shofar blowing!) Thursday evening.
As always all are welcome - first timers, old timers, and everyone in between. Especially if you feel called to celebrate and experience a Yom Kippur filled with love, community, spirituality, please join us at the Beis Community this year - in whatever way is right for you.
We don't charge for seats, we don't have tickets, and we don't turn anyone away. But let us know you're coming at
