Earth Drum Circle at Isham Park, NYC

Hey there,

We had a great time at Earth 🌍 Drum🪘Circle ⭕️ on Saturday July 19th at Isham Park in Inwood N.Y.C.! Our next Earth 🌍 Drum🪘Circle ⭕️ will be on Sunday, August 17th (Earth 🌍 Drum🪘Circle ⭕️ will now be on the 3rd Sunday of the month). We look forward to seeing all that can attend! Please chime in as “Going” on the invite page so that we can get a head count. See you then!

What to Bring:
Yourself and your percussion instrument(s)🪘and a folding chair 🪑(we drum on the meadow in the shade). Coming to spectate is fine too! Water and snacks are also a good idea for fuel!

Transportation:
A-Train to the Isham Street Station
or
#1 Train to the 215th Street Station

A good way to find your way to where we are with no stairs as carrying heavy instruments up stairs can be problematic is to download the “AllTrails” app (available for iPhone & Android). The app is free unless you want to upgrade to the Pro features. Type in “Isham Park” in the Search field and hit “Navigate”. It will show you exactly where we are and which paths to us have stairs and not via GPS of your current location (very handy anywhere in NYC)!!!

Just walk up the stairs to the main path at either entrance to Isham Park (Broadway just North of Isham Street or at 213th Street) The pin 📌 on the satellite map shows where we will be. Just follow your eyes and ears to the drumming. Please let me know if you can attend! 😉
