Step back in time as the Manor of Avoncroft celebrates a Medieval May Day. Meet the villagers and learn about everyday medieval life as Summer is celebrated with a market fair, authentic crafts, dancing and games.

Which villager will be crowned the Queen of May? Who will be the best dancer around the Maypole? Which brave team will survive the ruthless medieval football tournament? Join us at Avoncroft for some May Day merriment!”

The museum buildings, tearooms and shop will be open as usual.

Members no need to pre book just bring a valid membership card.
