An interactive workshop combining all of our senses through the use of Hands on, Empathy, Aromas, Relaxation, Textures and Sounds

HEARTS Therapy draws on a range of natural skills and sensory experiences to bring about a state of relaxation, sleep and reduced anxiety.
This session will provide you with short and easy to remember techniques where the elements of Hands on, Empathy, Aromas, Relaxation, Textures and Sounds can be used in any combination to create a flexible, therapeutic approach.
Suitable for anyone who is a care giver.
