Calm Within is a two-hour Breathwork and sound bath experience designed to help you quiet the noise of daily life and reconnect with your calm centre.
Together, Kathleen and Rita will guide you through soothing Breathwork and an immersive sound journey, allowing you to gently release tension, restore balance, and return to yourself. You’ll be invited to slow down, soften, and feel deeply nourished — body, mind, and spirit.
Expect to leave feeling lighter, calmer, and beautifully prepared for a restful night’s sleep.

About the Venue:
Being held in the elegant Grade II Georgian Mansion within the stunning grounds of Beckenham Place Park. It is easily accesible from London and the South East via train. Beckenham Junction, New Beckenham and Lower Sydenham are all about 15 minute walk from the park. If arriving by car, there is parking inside the park (park and pay), or parking is free in nearby streets. We’re discreetly located but perfectly placed for easy access.
