Broken Hill Landcare invites the community to a Winter Solstice celebration at Imperial Lakes Nature Park.
🌿 Arrive from 3:00 PM to enjoy a peaceful afternoon by the fire, with time for quiet reflection and seasonal activities. There will be opportunities to gather around a community altar with candles, sip warming drinks (including cacao), and connect with others. Feel free to bring some nibblies and drinks—and please remember to take any rubbish with you.
✨DRUMMING CIRCLE WORKSHOP- From 4:30PM START to 5:30 PM, join Down-to-Earth Drumming for a vibrant community drumming circle, welcoming the turning of the season through rhythm, connection, and shared presence.
Tickets (Booking Required):
🎟️ Tickets are limited – booking is required to secure spot
💵 Pay on the day by cash or bank transfer
• $15 – Drum hire
• $12 – If you bring your own DRUM
• $10 – Children (school age)
• Free – Children under school age
🫕 Bring along extra gold coins or cash for donations towards soup and cacao, which will be served throughout the afternoon/evening.

• Bring warm blankets and clothes – it will get chilly as the evening sets in
