In this class you’ll be gently guided into the present moment through mindful breathing, body awareness, and inner stillness. Designed to help you step out of autopilot and into conscious presence, this class offers a space to pause, reflect, and reconnect with yourself on a deeper level.

Through simple yet powerful techniques, you’ll explore what it means to truly be present—observing your thoughts, emotions, and sensations with openness and curiosity. As you drop into this awareness, you may begin to uncover insights into your inner world and experience a deeper sense of peace and clarity.
