Connect with ME: A Co-Creation Caregiver & Me Class

Hi Hey Hellllloooo 👋👋👋 I am back from my baby birthing extravaganza and ready to paint!

This class is designed to tap into your creativity, your connection AND the ability to combine those things together to make a stronger relationship and a beautiful creation!

We will explore collaborative communication- how it works, why it is important and how to continue using it in a variety of life impacting ways.

We will explore a few connection exercises that help tap into each other's heart field (I'll explain this as well) and get onto the same page with one anothers energy. Doing so allows for a much deeper and more meaningful connection.

We will explore color vividly and how it impacts us and those around us. While exploring color we will note how they impact us all differently with some evoking much deeper of a response than others.

You will leave with a gorgeous painting, a deeper connection and an appetite for a more collaborative approach to relationship.
