Self-Care Day Retreat

LADIES!!!!
COME SPEND THE DAY FOCUSING ON YOU!

Your day retreat includes:
ART:
Stephanie of Stephanie Locchetta Art will lead you through a meditative art project; digging deep into the importance of a positive mindset.
MOVEMENT:
Debbie of Lasterdaze will guide you down the Sugar River and lead you in intentional movement with a Silent Sound experience. Move your body, connect with yourself and with others through music and movement.
SOUND HEALING:
Sara of Sara's Health and Fitness will join Stephanie in Sound Healing. Connect your body and soul through movement and sound! Followed by a guided meditation and healing vibrations of an immersive sound bath.

WHAT'S INCLUDED:
- All art supplies
- Kayak rental
- Light lunch and water

WHAT TO BRING:
- Dress in layers and prepare to be on the water.
- Snacks and drinks for the kayak trip
- Yoga mat and towel
