Total Qi-Gong with Leonard

Total Qi Quong
In this one-hour class you will be introduced to the Chen Style Qi Quong studied by Leonard for the last 40+ years. He has created a system that is based in ancient Chinese Qi-Quong and modern acting studies. In this first of its kind program, you will be introduced to a form of Chi Quong that is part eastern martial arts based, and the inside school of acting.

Leonard Irwin Over the years has created a blending of the techniques that he loves and uses himself and has put them into one program that will give you a total body Qi-Guong experience. Total Body Qi-Quong is a system that Leonard created for while being in the demanding work of a mature student at Queens University Drama School. Where the blending of these two independent studies over time lent themselves to some BIG AHA moments.

Once you are introduced to this system you can use it anywhere to immediately gain energy into your body. Learn the importance of each breath in your day, how to incorporate the use of a cork to really get the frequency and vibration that will energize your total body.
This practice will make you feel good and is something you can do in your car, home, workplace, park or anywhere!
