Kids in the Kitchen

Does your child have an interest in working in the kitchen?
Do they like to bake or cook?
Do you want them to understand ingredients and how to make common treats but in a healthy way?
Drop off your kids at the New Leaf Wellness kitchen for some nutrition learning and making (and tasting!) healthy foods.
I am a mom and trained in holistic nutrition with a passion for eating and living well. I will share my enthusiasm and knowledge about how to make healthy foods fun and tasty.
Please advise of any allergies to be aware of.
Ensure long hair is tied back.
$44/child (tax included) - siblings $40/child (Tax included)
Recipes for whatever we make will be sent home with them to be able to make again with the family.

This is NOT a nut free kitchen.
